M&Info is not yet a fully formed institution. Until it is, Denys Verich and Andrii Lisovenko may make or veto amendments to these principles, the publishing standards, and the constitution. This clause is reviewed each academic year, and lapses when a governing body is constituted under the constitution. Every use of it is recorded in writing and made available to contributors.
